Bells and Sirens

Mechanical vs E-Bell, the great debate, electric-bamboo-i-forgot-the-rest

Any railroad crossing without bells and/or sirens is dangerous. If it is a private crossing, not much can be done about that, to a degree.

Thingamajigs Railroadways adds mechanical and electric bells alike, along with any random other types that are interesting enough to add, such as the classic yodeler and it's... sound.

All sounds are made in-house, using whatever instruments and stuff that's free when possible, even custom recordings of weird sounds to make each bell have a unique unique sound.

Bells can have variants, about two for now. More may appear in the future. Special bell/siren types will probably not follow this pattern as often, or at all.

Some existing bells/sirens that were already in the mod have gotten a new model entirely, or a redesign of the old one they had.

Here are some of the bells in the mod:

Unlike other railroad crossing components, the bells will never have block entities, due to the lack of need for them. So these blocks only do block ticks on low priority to ring and do vertical redstone logic. They are tagged in the base mod's blocktags ('thingamajigs') as "railroad_crossing_bells". Any railroad crossing compatible bell tagged will have special conditions where it won't be activated when above certain blocks, to prevent infinite ringing issues.
